What we do

In many countries, huge groups of dogs live on the streets, and are not spayed or neutered and naturally reproduce. It is our goal to stop this natural reproduction that leads to the massive overpopulation. The use of limited resources to warehouse a large number of dogs is not a solution to companion animal overpopulation. Only the reduction of overpopulation and to vaccinate all companion animals will elevate the status of these animals and ensure their safety and well-being. They are ultimately living beings and great friends and companions.
As finding permanent homes for stray dogs remains important, in the meantime however the need to end overpopulation must be the first goal to be achieved.

We believe the reduction of overpopulation is a necessity and hope you feel the same. There is no way we can do this by ourselves – the cause needs to be carried worldwide. With this website we are creating a platform where we will list historical and current spay and neuter campaigns (including vaccinations), participating locations, facilities, veterinarians and volunteers to create a community of people and organisations, all committed to this subject and freely exchanging knowledge, expertise, skills and information and supporting each other and this task. In the meantime we will actively keep promoting this task that simply needs to be done and support wherever we can. We want to inspire more people to adopt this way of thinking and to voluntarily spend and donate part of their time and energy to make it to a success.
