Planned Pethood Connect

About us

We are joining the work of Dr. Jeff Young, veterinarian in Denver, Colorado. And we hope you do the same. If you are already performing spay and neuter campaigns, please join us by letting us list your (planned) campaign on this site. The more initiatives exist and become visible, the more likely it is that the awareness for the need to spay and neuter will grow and become accepted as a common practice.
This website is not only a platform of historical and current campaigns, we are also actively promoting this cause and looking for anyone to join this massive effort. And we will be there with all kinds of support.

The work Dr. Jeff Young and his team do was the inspiration and starting point for our decision to join this inititiative and making this website. Their work not only focusses on affordable pet care, but focusses with tremendous passion on ending the overpopulation of domestic animals, especially dogs. With his organisation, Planned Pethood International, Jeff and his team want to make a difference in companion animal welfare by achieving the reduction of companion animal overpopulation throughout the world. As it seems to be a daunting task, there is a truly simple solution: put effort into spay and neuter campaigns, train veterinarians to continue the work, and develop culturally relevant materials to help influence future societal concepts.
Planned Pethood International (PPI) is active in Native American reservations in the US, and throughout countries like Mexico, Panama, India, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Turkey, Romania.

After we contacted Jeff he wholeheartedly embraced our proposal to join his network and promote the cause. So please, if this cause affects and inspires you too, get in touch and join Planned Pethood Connect. Simply send a mail to plannedpethoodconnect@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).
